1. Acceptance By downloading or using HabitCheck you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the app.

2. What the app does HabitCheck is a habit tracking app. It is for personal use only and is not a medical, psychological, or fitness professional service. Nothing in the app constitutes medical advice.

3. Your data All your data is stored locally on your device. We do not sell your personal information, and we have no access to your habits, streaks, or any content you create in the app. See the Privacy Policy for the limited, anonymous purchase data our billing provider handles when you buy Pro.

4. Health disclaimer The Boot Camp feature involves physical exercise. Consult a doctor before starting any exercise program. Use the app at your own risk. We are not liable for any injury arising from use of the app.

5. The science content The milestone health information provided in the app is for general informational purposes only and is based on publicly available research. It is not personalised medical advice.

6. Purchases HabitCheck Pro is available as a 1-month subscription, a 12-month subscription, or a one-time lifetime purchase. Subscriptions renew automatically at the price shown on the purchase screen until you cancel. You can cancel any time in your App Store or Google Play account settings, at least 24 hours before the current period ends. The lifetime option is a single payment and never renews. All payments are handled by the app store, and refunds are governed by that store's policy and by applicable law. Anyone who installed HabitCheck while it was free keeps Pro permanently at no charge.

7. Children HabitCheck is suitable for all ages. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone, including children.

8. Acceptable use You may not reverse engineer, copy, or redistribute the app or its contents.

9. Changes We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the app means you accept any changes.
